What is
membrane?

A monolithic surface technology — a precision-engineered foil is fused under vacuum and heat onto a sculpted substrate, producing a single, continuous skin with no joints, no edges, no hardware.

It is the ultimate medium for hardware-free, minimalist furniture: an object reduced to its essential silhouette, where craft becomes invisible.

How it's
made.

Three milestones. One unbroken gesture from raw substrate to finished object — a choreography of pressure, temperature and time.

5-axis CNC / E1 substrate01 / 03

Absolute Precision

Architectural-grade CNC routing carves each substrate with sub-millimetre fidelity. Every cut is a drawing — the panel's geometry exists before the first foil is laid.

Super Machine Finish

Inside a sealed vacuum press, premium PVC and PET foils are heat-fused at 8 bar onto the substrate — fluid, gapless, atomically intimate with the form beneath.

Edgeless Joining

The foil continues around every edge in a single uninterrupted membrane. No banding. No seam. No moisture path. A surface that begins nowhere and ends nowhere.

04 — Geometry, Unbound

Design without
limitations.

Membrane technology releases form from the tyranny of the straight line. Curves bloom from flat stock. Reliefs are carved without ever breaking the surface. The panel becomes a continuous landscape.
